All manaMOBILE cellular plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time — online, by phone, or by email — and your service will continue through the end of your current billing period. No early termination fees. No cancellation penalties.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Refunds for travel eSIM purchases are handled under the policy at manamobile.us/refund. In general: unused eSIMs purchased within 30 days are eligible for a full refund. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it is non-refundable.
To cancel your plan:
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve billing issues promptly — most within one business day. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
